Lets lock it in

Quote Approval & Install Date Now that we have taken into account the property features and logistical elements, a formal quote will be sent and once you have approved that we can secure an installation date for your property. Please note the property is required to be vacant.

Lets have a look

Site Visit Once the intial quotation has been considered, we will arrange a site visit of the property to assess the areas that require staging. We can still complete the site visit If you're unable to be present.

Lets select your pieces

Interior Selection Now that the quote has been approved and an install date has been locked in, we will now proceed to select the items for your property. All the furniture, decor and accessories that we select has been carefully curated for your space, to enhance your property.

Ready, Set, Stage! Now that we have selected the interiors that are perfect for your property we are ready for installation on the scheduled date. Our staging is completed all in the one day, ready to appeal to potential buyers.

Lets finish up

Done! At the completion of your 4 week staging hire, we will come out and collect all the furniture, decor and accessories leaving your property clean and ready for the buyer to move straight in. Please note - if required we can extend the staging hire period.
